“Ordering was simple, prices were very competitive and delivery was quick and efficient. I had an issue with one minor part and a replacement was despatched within 24 hours of my contact. The Cruz bars for my Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake fit well enough and the bike carriers are easy to use and secure. Fitting, however, was something of an issue and took me significantly longer than was reasonable to anticipate.....but the learning process should ease future use.”

“I could not fault the service they were so helpful after I ordered a wrong part and the refund service and the customer service lady that I dealt with did so quickly and efficiently. The product was good value and we have had may ours of cycling with our four bike on the roof of the car.”
