“Located company online and many positive reviews. Was able to purchase roof bars and 4x bike carries by entering details of car, then a few simple clicks and products were in their way. Pleasantly surprised when they arrived two days earlier than planned. When fitting the roof bars I had a slight issue with the instructions, despite watching the very handy video the roofbox company put online I was still puzzled by one bit. A quick call and my poor attempt at reading and watching was quickly solved with a 20 second explanation over the phone. The instructions and video made sense it was just me! Great customer service post sale, easy to use website, good communication, quick delivery fair price. Fully recommend.”

“We purchased roof bars for our daughter. They were of excellent value. Good quality and arrived promptly. All my questions were answered. It's a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from me! Will definitely use again. This is our third set from the roof box company. Only repurchased as changed cars.”

“Prompt and efficient service. The build quality of the roof box is very good. The only slight difficulty with a side-opening box is that it's quite difficult to stretch over to manipulate the far side grip-tightening mechanism.”

“Great products but would have appreciated more help from customer services. I couldn't get my E-bike to fit on the ordered Atera Genio Pro bike rack. All I needed were the extra long frameholder straps but this got lost in a long reply talking about trying to use the second wheel tray and other mounting points. A quick phone call to Atera had the problem sorted. Most E-bikes these days have similar frame designs to this is surely not an issue confined to one manufacturer? Please put advice on the website regarding potentially needing long frameholder straps to accomodate the fatter frames of E-bikes.”
