“Having not bought a bike carrier for many years. Hadn’t taking into consideration that the Thule Bike Carrier I purchased is not a universal fit for all bikes. Though looking back after purchasing can see that this is mentioned in the specification which I had missed. The purchase of a bike frame adapter x 2 was required for the Thule carrier that I purchased. Whilst this is no indication on roof-bars.co.uk in terms of the quality of the product and speed in which it arrived. Both of which was excellent. Highlighting this information would have been useful at point of sale.”

“Bought roof bars from Micks Garage, completely wrong and fobbed off by them, cost a fortune to return as well. So was nervous about ordering another set from roof-bars.co.uk, however I contacted them first on their website and was reassured they would fit and promised to pick them up for free if they didn’t. Ordered, arrived next day, fitted like a dream. Shout out to Sandis Cee for his great customer service.”
