“Well-priced Thule equipment and easy to identify using their website which components are compatible with your own vehicle. It’s a shame the pre-installation of a ‘single-lock’ system was not available, but whilst I would have saved the incremental cost of that system, it’s not difficult to install the locks yourself. I am now left with six locks that I don’t really need and I don’t like ‘waste’. On the whole though, roof-bars.co.uk’s service was excellent and my purchase arrived very well packed and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them as a vendor and consider using them again in future.”

“Ordering was simple and straightforward. I particularly liked that there were instructions as to what to do if you wanted anything special regarding the order. I used this and I was pleased that my request was carried out and the goods arrived exactly when I wanted them. Well done! Later in this review, I state that the goods were delivered 'within 5 days'; this was what I requested otherwise I would have had them the next day!”

“Great service and product. Delivery was much faster than advertised which for me wasn't so great as I had ordered specifically to arrive during a period when I someone would be home. Normally it wouldn't be an issue if delivery was early as courier should attempt todeliver the following day if nobody was home, but the driver from DX just left it in my front yard in a puddle on a day that was mostly raining. Not the fault of roof-bars and I have already complained to DX about this. Fortunately the box my roof box came in was very strong and the contents weren't damaged. Very pleased with the roof box and would use roof-bars again.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Unfortunately the roof bars didn't fit my new car so returned and refunded quickly. Good contact from then on how I undertake the return with quick responses to my question. Would recommend and use again if needed in the future”
