“Brought a Thule roof box, the first one was broken in transit. They phoned me to tell me, and got another sent out the same day. When it arrived, the box packaging was badly damaged, but to my surprise the roof box was fine. One of the locator clips was broken on the roof box clamp so I got in touch and that was sent out the same day, and arrived the next. Really good customer service from sandis!! Speedy delivery from the courier but they do not treat your parcels with care (like most couriers these days) overall amazing service from the guys at roof-bars.co.uk!!”
