“Excellent purchase expereience! First, I found their website very competitive. I telephoned roof-bars.co.uk for some advise on some roof bars on their site. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful. He made sure I was getting all the right components to complete my roof bar set for my model car. He then emailed me a draft invoice for me to complete my purchase. Never had this before, and it took any doubt out of myself putting the right items into the basket; As the expert had done it for me! Although selecting the free 3/4 day courier... The roof bars arrived the next day! Totally recommend!”

“Ordered the wrong part within a consignment, Roof-Bars corrected the order on the phone but sent the wrong part anyway. Couldn't have been quicker in responding to the error in sending the right part and collecting the wrong item sent. Super quick service and as always genuine Thule parts.”

“Well-priced Thule equipment and easy to identify using their website which components are compatible with your own vehicle. It’s a shame the pre-installation of a ‘single-lock’ system was not available, but whilst I would have saved the incremental cost of that system, it’s not difficult to install the locks yourself. I am now left with six locks that I don’t really need and I don’t like ‘waste’. On the whole though, roof-bars.co.uk’s service was excellent and my purchase arrived very well packed and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them as a vendor and consider using them again in future.”

“Ordering was simple and straightforward. I particularly liked that there were instructions as to what to do if you wanted anything special regarding the order. I used this and I was pleased that my request was carried out and the goods arrived exactly when I wanted them. Well done! Later in this review, I state that the goods were delivered 'within 5 days'; this was what I requested otherwise I would have had them the next day!”
