“Can’t fault this company… the roof box arrived which was unfortunately scratched but it was a manufacturer problem not Roof Bars. The after sales service was superb. I advised them of the problem they asked whether I wanted to use the defective item until they could get me a replacement however I decided to have a refund and reorder. They arranged for collection and a refund was sent once the defective item was received by them. Well done Roof Bars 👍”
