“These guys run a slick operation. I wanted to confirm some facts regarding the Thule 2 bike rack. Easy to get through on the telephone and able to speak directly to a representative who answered all my questions there and then. I subsequently ordered the item on Friday and took delivered the following Tuesday. I live in Northern Ireland and I can tell you that this level of delivery service is uncommon I cannot fault the service so I’ve given full marks. Well done guys!!”

“Great service. We urgently needed new cycle rack as our old rack couldn't take our newely purchased electric bikes. The order was placed on Friday and team at roof-bars got us new rack delivered on Saturday morning. It a Thule Epos 3. Thanks roof-bars team we could take our bikes on holiday due to your speedy delivery.”

“I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I called as I needed a product the next day and the man I spoke to was amazing and made sure it was on next day delivery.
