“Tow bar bike rack arrived quickly, but had sadly been damaged in transit. The customer service response from roof-bars.co.uk was outstanding and we received the replacement for the broken part within a couple of days. A good measure of a company is how well they deal with a situation when things go wrong, and Roof-Bars.co.uk quickly dealt with our issue (which wasn't their fault) in a very friendly and helpful way.”
