“Really happy with the service and quality of our new door, especially being able to complete the order during the current crisis Even though it was the cheapest online when I shopped around, very happy with the finish and build quality Whilst the electrical manual was very comprehensive I do think the door instructions could be clearer, and I had to download this from the website as the door was not supplied with one, but overall very easy to fit regardless”

“Very good service with the supply of the door everthing arrived on time and day that was stated. Very good equipment and instructions for the installation. worked excellent untill one day we forgot to move a sledge hammer handel in the way of the rolller door tracks, when the door came down slight mishap roller clips broken freed door phone call for spare clips the help and service that i was given was outstanding,clips arrived two days after ordering and that is while we are in a lockdown situation. I would give this supplier 10/10 and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone........Great Company.”

“Very pleased with our new garage door. The fitters were very hard working and did a great job but... we needed an extra fob for the door and it took 3 goes to get it right so can only give 4 stars.”

“Very pleased with the door and the service provided during the current Covid 19 crisis. Very straight forward to install until it comes to lifting the curtain door. I got there eventually but guidance / instructions could be a little better in this regard. Overall though I am very impressed with both the product and service and would definitely recommend Rollerdor.”

“Door was supply only we are in lock down so dont know when my friend will be able to help me fit it . I would have been happier if paper fitting instructions was with it , Delivery driver most helpful”

“Good way to save money by self installing this type of roller door. Definitely needs two persons to install the RD55 as it’s difficult to lift into place. Generally seems to be well built and works well. I think the remotes could be better, they seem a bit flimsy and I presume are just generic products from the Far East. They are not too dear to replace however.. Some of the instructions could do with being updated as there are some errors, such as the adjusters being stated back to front, although these did not prevent the install in my case. I think that there could be some improvements I’d make such as marking the rails better so that it is clear which side to drill. Although it states there is a mark on them in the instructions I couldn’t find one. I think the rubber strip at the bottom could be better, but it’s adequate and as mentioned the remotes could be better. Overall the door is good value for money and looks good when fitted....certainly a big improvement to my old door and a lot more convenient to use.”

“As is the way with these things my garage door packed up just prior to Easter holidays with car stuck inside ! On contacting Rollerdor I could not of asked for more help with peoples concerned trying to help from their homes until late evening and organising new parts to be delivered ASAP. As the company was actually shut due to lockdown. Very refreshing to obtain such service in this day & age.”

“Instructions were ambiguous. I finally found updated on your website. Pity you didnt supply me with those! Confusion about which control unit I actually had with my door. Otherwise door is well made and now works well.”

“This is a superb product. I opted to install this myself and very straight forward but it cannot be done by one person. Instruction booklet needs updating tbh but if you read it thoroughly it does make sense. I measured about 10 times before ordering which I highly recommend and you will need the garage clear to install (Including walls and ceiling) because it needs to be laid down and pivoted up. Website is great for the measuring up. The top unit is very heavy which is to be expected. Great service too.”
