“Second garage door i have bought now and again great quality and easy to fit. Only criticism is that on the lower removable cover there is no slot for the manual winder to poke through. Not the end of the world and easy enough to modify cover.”

“I did some research on roller doors and chose to buy from Rollerdor. I ordered my door as supply only as I was to fit it myself. The ordering online was very straight forward. Then Covid-19 struck and we were in lockdown. I was contacted by Rollerdor and informed that there would be a delay due to Covid-19. I was pleasantly surprised when Rollerdor contacted me to say that they could deliver the door early. I was given a date and time for delivery, and despite them being over 400 miles away, they arrived within 2 minutes of the time stated on the email. The Rollerdor crew unloaded the door into my garage and gave a brief instruction about the door and the fitting of the door along with information on where to find further detailed instruction through YouTube videos. Having watched the video a couple of times, I then fitted the door with no problems. The fitting only took about an hour and was simple, as long as you followed the instructions “exactly”. The wiring took another half an hour and the setting of the door up and door down limits only took 5 minutes and again was simple. The door itself works as expected and is of comparable quality to my neighbours door which I know cost them 3 times more than I paid. I can’t fault the Rollerdor company from ordering the door, confirmation of measurements, payment and delivery. Their video instructions are really good, although it would have been nice to have a voice narrating along with the text. I would recommend Rollerdor to anyone thinking about a new garage door, first class service throughout.”

“The door has been excellent - sales and fitting team excellent - had door for couple of years - great value and works well . Lost door control fob. Pleased to find on-line service to replace it in an efficient manner. Bodes well for future supply of spares etc. Seems to be a reliable professional company.”

“The items for my garage door are great. I emailed and got an instant reply putting me on the right track. Considering the people who sold me the door ripped me off twice to fix the same items. It is better to fit the replacement parts yourself and a lot cheaper.”

“Really happy with the service and quality of our new door, especially being able to complete the order during the current crisis Even though it was the cheapest online when I shopped around, very happy with the finish and build quality Whilst the electrical manual was very comprehensive I do think the door instructions could be clearer, and I had to download this from the website as the door was not supplied with one, but overall very easy to fit regardless”

“Very good service with the supply of the door everthing arrived on time and day that was stated. Very good equipment and instructions for the installation. worked excellent untill one day we forgot to move a sledge hammer handel in the way of the rolller door tracks, when the door came down slight mishap roller clips broken freed door phone call for spare clips the help and service that i was given was outstanding,clips arrived two days after ordering and that is while we are in a lockdown situation. I would give this supplier 10/10 and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone........Great Company.”
