“Very good product,easy to assemble and fit,”

“I’m am a building contractor. I bought a Rollerdor as one of the finishing touches of a rather large project. The install was tricky due to being against a rough sandstone wall. Took about a day to get in place. Stood with the customer for the first operation. As the door rolled down for the first time it showed a dint in one of the panels that had been previously rolled up since delivery. I phoned the company who said they’d do nothing about it nor send anyone out to fix their door. So spent a full day dismantling and rebuilding the door and swapping the damaged panel with one from the top that wouldn’t be seen. I was very unhappy with the situation. I would not recommend nor will I use the company again.”

I have investigated your case personally. We would dispute that the curtain arrived in the condition referenced although, we tried to resolve this with you when you contacted us by offering to send a replacement slat however, to resolve the matter quickly, you agreed that it would be best to move the dented slat to a less visible position as we were not able to send an engineer out to replace the slat at no additional cost to yourself. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with our response at the time however, we believe we have acted fairly within our returns policy and hope that you agree that we offer a high-quality product that thousands of customers are highly satisfied with. “The service from the outset was excellent. The door arrived ahead of schedule and was exactly as described. After sales I had a question about the installation and was very impressed with the gentleman I spoke to whom was extremely helpful. The door was installed with ease, just myself and the wife, and operates perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“The door is very good, however instructions are not all they say. Also some design changes are missing in terms of what is actually on the door, ie Safety Edge and roller hinges for the curtain. Rollerdor them selves are excellent, avoid their distributors, I used one and felt as though any aftersales support just was not offered. Overall, the door is very good, had to call out their service team to resolve a couple of issues after installing myself. This cost me a service charge but glad I did. Moral of the story, Rollerdor products are very good, their distributors are not.....”

“Very pleased with door but some problems experienced with operation. The door was installed by the builder not the manufacturer. The door was made reliably operational by Rollerdor personnel.”

“It was well fitted and tested. The operation is smooth and it forms a good seal with the ground. The side seals are also good and it takes up a lot less room than the old up and over. I even gained some 6 inches on garage length. A good product I would recommend to others at a fair price.”
