“We bought from Rollerdor 6 months ago. I was happy with their product and their customer service but I wanted to give some time before submitting a review. The door is still great and working well. I feel that I have to give them 5/5 but a word of caution - the instruction manuals for set up of the electronics are not super easy to use. My Polish builders certainly struggled! The company sent me an engineer to fix the problems for £66 which I thought was reasonable. We now have a perfectly working, great looking door at a great price. Thankyou!”

“Good customer communication. Arrived to measure up and installed two weeks later. Removed the old door and took away. I ordered the RD55 Superior. Pay the extra for superior that is fully automatic one press open and close. otherwise you will have to hold the button until it closes (frusttating) 5yr warranty. standard size door,price was 945 inc fitting. only fitted a day, but really please with the look and quality. not flimsy at all, highly recommend.”

“Rollerdor gave us a 5☆ service from the moment I contacted them. I went for the superior double door in dark brown with a 5 year warranty. The quality is fantastic and the fitters were lovely and very friendly. The end product looks extremely professional and I would have no hesitation to recommend Rollerdor as the company to make, supply and fit your garage door. We are very happy customers!”

“My wife and I are extremely pleased with our RD55 DIY Rollerdor. We chose the Golden Oak colour option and it complements our UPVC front door beautifully. Ordering and collecting from Norwich was made very easy with the help of the Rollerdor Norwich staff. The DIY instructions for fitting and programming were clear and easily understood and I had, with minimal assistance, the new Rollerdor fitted and working in an afternoon having removed the old up & over door in the morning. I would thoroughly recommend the Rollerdor RD55 for those interested in a DIY installation.”

“I had a roller garage door fitted last Wednesday 02/03/2017. In the pouring rain. Grant and his mate worked very hard indeed. I am very, very pleased with the result. Neat, easy to use, looks very nice. Clean tidy workers and very pleasant indeed. Thoroughly recommend this firm. No hesitation at all.. Thank you all. Miss Margaret Blair”

“We have completed a stylish refurbishment and converted a room into a store/garage at the front of the house. Therefore whilst I wanted something stylish and modern, although I didn't have the room roof height for a traditional garage door. Furthermore, because we bring in equipment home late at night, we wanted the convenience of an electrical door, so that we can open the door on approach to the property. The Rollerdor looks great, hasn't compromised the height of the roof, which a traditional garage door would have done and opens on the key fob like a dream. However.... I made the mistake of getting my builders to fit it! Despite giving them the instructions, 4 months later, realised that because it had not been fitted correctly, the door was not secure and that anyone could simply lift it up to gain access to the property! Panic! So I phoned rollerdor and the NEXT DAY - they sent someone to correct the fitting and only charged me the standard call out charge £60, despite him coming from Norwich. I am so impressed with the company and all who work there. The service from them has been second to none - I only wish I had arranged for Rollerdor to fit it in the first place!”

“Excellent service from the start, friendly and helpful during the ordering stage. Very quick delivery. I was given a delivery driver ETA but traffic held him up, I was kept informed throughout and received delivery later that day, no complaints how the situation was handled. As for the product, electric powered roller door with safety edge. Brilliant, looks good, works great, wireless safety edge works brilliant. Already been asked where I purchased the door from two people, happily recommended. Thank you”

“Very easy to order and DIY fit. Measuring instructions are a great help to get the right product and right size. Friendly helpful staff when ordering. Delivered on a date which was convenient for me and friendly driver. The manual handle was missing, the driver informed me about this. It arrived as promised a couple of days later in the post. Simple to fit and set up. Apart from lifting the shutter door over the rollers, I did it all on my own - just needed the neighbours help for about 5 minutes. Probably quicker wit two of you, but I was not in a rush.”

“Enquired about garage doors on Streetlife.com and was recommended I try Rollordor. I popped into their factory office in Bowthorpe after checking out their products and reviews on line. Had a pleasant conversation with owner who gave. me a good deal on 2 eco 55 doors , I was told they would take around 10 days and on the 11th was told they were avail to collect although they could be delivered. It took me longer to remove old garage doors and frame than it did to fit the rollordor ,works a treat would recommend to anyone.”
