“The installation was very quick and carried out very professionally. I was surprised though that nobody in sales offered to sell me the optional safety bar to allow one touch closing, once I new this existed I bought one which meant a second visit to have the safety bar fitted (having this feature makes the use of the roller door much easier).”

“Outstanding customer service from the start. The lady who took my order was funny, friendly and knew her product back to front. She squeezed my late order into the production line and got it to me ahead of the agreed timescale. I even got a discount because the door was smaller than usual, (only being fitted to a motorbike garage). The product itself is stunning. Less than half the price of other doors, in stunning Antracite. Fitted myself after free advice from roller door, saving me £1,250 from the nearest fitted price. High quality fittings, motor box cover included at no extra cost, glides smoothly up and down, comes with two remotes. Honestly, if you want a stress free roller door I wouldn't go anywhere else, product and people amazing. Thank you for such an easy purchase, in a world full of people selling high priced rubbish, finally a company producing a great product for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.”

“I gave my dimensions of the door and door was delivered within 3 weeks. Good communication on delivery. Door was installed by me and my son within a day. Instructions were very clear. Door looks great and works superbly.”

“The door was fitted about 2 years ago. The installation was quick and the fitters left no mess and cleanly removed the old door. Its use has been trouble free and when one of the fobs stopped working recently it was easy, quick and inexpensive to get a replacement.”

“Rollerdor gave excellent service all round from our initial telephone call to fitting. They arrived exactly on time to measure up and give us a quote and once the order was submitted we were given a date for fitting within 3 weeks. A week before fitting we were contacted with a two-hour time slot for fitting, and again the fitters arrived exactly on time. The job was completed within a very short time and everything left extremely tidy. The fitters were very professional and friendly and of course the garage door looks wonderful. It makes an enormous difference to the appearance of the house and I wonder why we didn't donut years ago! I can highly recommend Rollerdor.”

“I have a compton sectional garage with an up and over door and i needed a roller door to make it more secure, looked through the internet i found that Rollerdor had what seemed to be what i was looking for, i filled in all the details that they needed and it did not take them long until they replied with a good price which i accepted and placed the order, the door was manufactured and delivered within 2 weeks the delivery driver was very efficient and helpful and put everything where i wanted it, i removed the old door and my brother arrived and we just followed the instructions and put it all together and my brother who is an electrician connected everything up and that evening my new door was fitted and working and i am 100% happy with the service and help that i had from Rollerdor. “ordered diy roller door in rosewood/dark cherry,extremely easy to install,took about two hours to fit. i had a slight problem with setting the upper stop on the door so phoned Rollerdor and was talked through the procedure as i had already executed it according to the instructions. this only took a few minutes before it was working correctly. to sum up ,an excellent product at a good price with good back up service,would highly recommend.”
