“Rollerdor was recommended by my neighbour who had their door installed about 18 months earlier but I did my own research into many companies. There was a large range in the quotes but not such a range in quality. I chose Rollerdor because of the quality of the produce, the source (UK) of the motor, the duration of the guarantee, in-depth reading of reviews and the price. Bottom line is, I wish I'd got the electric door a lot sooner and I'm pleased with my decision to use Rollerdor. Happily recommend them.”

“Good service throughout from ordering to delivery and after sales help with setting up electronic controls. Suggest you might improve installation guide on controls - some ambiguity with 2 different sets of instructions.”

“This company is superb! Reese and Jamie did a perfect installation, and came back to fix a small 'glitch' without any fuss or hassle. The whole approach from Rollerdor was professional, polite and helpful. High quality work and product. (Unlike a competitor who came to quote, gave a ridiculously 'hard sell' told lies "You are lucky, because I am the marketing manager, so won't be adding commission like other reps would", and then tried it on by quoting almost twice as much as the Rollerdor price. Can't say who, but don't get caught in their jaws!)”

“My rollerdor has been installed for quite a few years now and it has been great. I recently phoned the company to order spares as one of the straps had snapped on the top of the door. The miserable girl on the end of the phone couldn't have been more unhelpful if she tried. If you need spares just go to the website and order from there and don't bother phoning. In summary : great door but poor aftersales service.”

“Have been very pleased with Rollerdor,easy to contact and great communication. Had a few issues with the door in the early days with the plastic clasps but this was resolved quickly with an upgrade. Overall,very happy with the company.”

“Asked for a repair on one of my existing doors. Was quoted a price after providing pictures/etc. Subsequently told you were unable to repair my doors because of size of slats. I had quoted the size of the slates from the outset.”

“I'm very happy with the ease of fitting (I consider myself a competent DIYer). The you tube videos helped. Very satisfied with its operation. The only snag was the first controller would randomly open the door on its own. The new one supplied seems fine.”

“Very pleased with our Rollerdor. Fitting was quick and precise and included disposal of the existing up and over metal door. If I have a criticism, it would have been better if you had used paintable mastic for the installation. This would have made painting the white rendering each side much easier.”
