“My Rollerdor RD77 garage door is 6 years old. It's had very little use as the door is only opened to get my bikes out - my van is too tall to go into the garage. In 5 years it's been cycled around 3x per week = approx 600 operations. It's not used every day. The door has never worked. Despite several visits by engineers, I've never been able to just press the button then drive off, knowing the garage is secure. The door would half-close, then re-open, or just not close and beep. The safety edge has been replaced, more visits, including replacing the curtain drum bar as well, but no good - I just got used to holding the remote button down to open and close. The re-programming instructions for the control unit are unusable and should be re-written. You can't re-programme the unit by following the instructions because they aren't precise or clear enough. Now I've been advised that several of the upper curtain slats need to be replaced. They have slid off the guide wheels and been damaged / gouged by them (see pictures). The door also gives out 3-4 piercing squeaks upon each open / close. Something is also scratching the inside of the slats (see picture) across the whole door, making it look unsightly. Rollerdor have offered a discounted price to replace the slats, but I have no confidence the door will work as it should, so I'm just going to replace the whole thing with one from another manufacturer - why spend good money after bad ?”

“Odered RD77 diy roller door online after talking to Rollerdor who answered all my questions well, very helpful. Order form was easy to complete, door arrived by Rollerdor's own driver/van ahead of estimated delivery. Good clear instruction manual for installation, all dimensions correct, was easy to fit and setup, works perfectly and still ok after 6 months. Spare parts available if you need them. Best price I found, very happy to recommend.”

“Rollerdor were very helpful from getting an initial quote to placing an order and delivering the door itself. Installing the door itself was very straight forward and the only issue I had with setting up the door was mainly down to me not reading the instruction properly. Rollerdor were happy to talk me through the steps on the phone and my door is now working great. Very happy.”

“The ordering process was slick, once we managed to get the correct dimensions for our door which was not intuative because the door was to be fitted between two walls. The door was delivered when stated and was delivered really well packed and carefully checked by the driver. Fitting was very easy, the instructions clear and well documented. Setting up was easy and has worked flawlessly since”

“Great customer service, very helpful with knowledge and advise prior to purchasing. Great communication during door build and delivery information. Really helpful delivery team that went through components and answered any questions about installing. Great quality product and really easy to install that only took an hour. Instructions really helpful with stage by stage instruction. Door has been in for over 2 months and still looks and works like the day it was installed. Smooth quiet operation. Fully recommend to the point i have recommended to two friends who have also purchased and are delighted with theirs.”

“The doors are great. The man who came to measure up was on time and did a good job and gave me extra information that was very helpful. The fitters likewise were efficient and did a great job and were patient as I got the hang of everything. Only thing that wasn't 100% was the communication with the office over the phone I had to chase them up for my order and it wasn't clear however this was in the height of the pandemic in 2020 so that may have some bearing. I love to support local firms and would use this one again. It goes recommended.”

“Bought a single double remote DIY 55mm slat electric roller door. Had to remove 1 slat for the security tabs to work correctly. Fitted in 2 hrs with 2 people.”

“Product is actually very good but their instructions for a DIY fitting leave a lot to be desired. In particular the fitting of the guide tracks seems to point you in the direction of fitting them back to front, and if you do this they then charge considerably more than the original cost of the door to put this right. Beware!”

“Ordered the door after being given technical advice from the experts at Rollerdor. Delivery was as date provided. The door was fitted and is now working perfectly. Great quality materials, neat, and with a quiet operation, I am extremely happy with the door. However the fitting would have been much easier if clear documentation had been included with the door, resorted to Youtube videos to determine best and easiest way to fit.”

“I purchased a double garage roller door for my new garage build. I spoke with the company about the size and what i required and they were very helpful guiding me through what was required. The door arrived within the stated timeline and was well wrapped and protected. The door was easy enough to install and once you have read the instructions easy to wire up and set the door heights and use the remote controls. The door is well made and secure and is very quite when operating. Overall I am very pleased with the end result. I would recommend this company”
