“Rollerdor was one of the cheaper options, the site was easy to navigate and contact was good. Delivery arrived about week ahead of projected time of five weeks which was good. I installed the door myself and a couple of helpers to save cost, the instructions were clear and easy to follow except for the setting up of the door stopping which was complicated as the instructions for this were not clear on the hundreds of times I had to turn the sensor to find the stop points, but I got there after a few choice words and taking a timeout, you tube helped me do this and I think a but more information and maybe a video for this exact product would have helped. There were a few small dents on the outside of the door which I didn't see until I removed the plastic but I am not worried about them as I don't want to be precious and always worrying about the door anyway. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend them.”

“Great service from HQ and field staff. Removal of my old steel door, taking it away and fitting new one by 2 guys who must have been very experienced as they were done and gone by lunch time. Only criticism being take care where you want the control box fitted for YOUR convenience. It should have been fitted near the small entrance door. The most important thing for pressing the control button.”

“Instructions were awful, pictures need to be taken from further away so you can actually see what you are looking at. Safety brake was already jammed on had to be reset which was not a simple task. Paid for grey casing which came and had a stuffing gland stuck out of each end; this should be an option as I've hidden the cables in the cavity there are no 2 stuffing glands stuck out of the casing which I paid extra for.”

“Excellent quality product, straightforward to fit by any competent DIY person. The toughest part of the job for me was removing the old garage door & frame, once that was gone the Rollerdoor replacement slotted straight into the opening.”
