“I am dressed these days like a Rowen walking shop. Clothes are very practical, wash and dry well for when out and about. A customer for life I think.”

“Should have gone for a size 8 but I am very loath to return items...10 usually fits but Rohan seems to be generous when it comes to size. The jeans are very comfortable.”

“Pleased with the ice pack vest ordered and love the dark navy colour. Disappointed with Rohan though for the extra large plastic bag the item was wrapped in. So many other stores now delivering items wrapped in tissue paper or just loose in the packaging. Rohan used to be ahead of the game on this but no excuse in this day and age - the evidence is there. Please stop using single use plastic.”

“Good range of products. Attention to detail is excellent. The expectation is that these items will last decades. Jackets and coats are thoughtfully designed. Features are lots of pockets of varying sizes, softer zips for the handwarmer pockets, map pockets,security pockets. The ranges cover multiple uses. Some companies focus on the 'current fashions" meaning that there is little or no real choice. This is not the case with Rohan. Quite refreshing to be offered a wide choice of designs for every occasion. After sales service is very good. Re-proofing or mending is offered. Can't fault the company ethos. Staff are very patient and will make every effort to ensure that you leave the store with the product you are completely content with.”

“It's been a few years since I used to stop off at Long Preston on my way up to the Lake District every summer but the quality and fit of Rohan gear are just as good as they were back then (the colours perhaps a little more hit and miss). The service remains excellent. An item ordered in the sale was further reduced in price the day my order was shipped out. A phone call to Rohan was answered by Louise who couldn't have been more helpful. I put the money she refunded towards another item ordered today.”
