“As most of the clothes I wear are from Rohan I would be lost without their stores. The clothes are well made, lovely quick drying fabrics and always fit well”

“An update to a previous one star experience I placed here in the last week. My parcel should have been delivered on 4th March but DPD never received it. I was promised a delivery by Rohan on Tuesday - nothing. DPD still hadn’t received it. Contacted Rohan for a reimbursement which I got and a return to consigner marker. THEN on 11th March DPD received the parcel at Hinckley and transferred it overnight to Preston. 13th March DPD told me it might already be on a van for delivery to me. We agreed that DPD would try to intercept it but if it did get to me I’d drop it off at Rohan, Keswick, when I visit the market on Thursday. Looking at DPD they’ve managed to pull the parcel off delivery. Rohan’s on time deliveries and accurate orders is a myth and woefully bad customer service. I’ve since been to Regatta to get new hiking trousers to tide me over. I am now a lost customer to Rohan and won’t touch their products again. Back to Rab via Cotswold outdoor, Keswick this Thursday.”

“I have been buying from Rohan for many years as did my husband. in fact our family used to joke about the length of time ( years ) he wore his Rohan jacket. We were never disappointed with the fit or comfort. Long may Rohan continue. J.A. P.”

“Excellent shirts but expensive without the reduction. In the distant past (20 years ago or more?), I bought a Rohan Shirt with two breast pockets and press studs instead of buttons. That shirt is still my favourite and I wear it regularly. Why have you stopped selling shirts with press studs? Gordon Preston”

“The online purchasing experience is very easy with all the details of each item clearly set out. As a regular customer I know which size will fit without the need to try them. Delivery to my nominated store is prompt. The staff there are very helpful & knowledgeable. This is how the buying experience should be in all stores.”

“Already spoken to customer service. On line order last Thursday paying extra for a Saturday delivery. It didn’t happen. DPD not received the parcel. CS on Monday told me the delivery would be today- Tuesday. Still no delivery and DPD at 1pm still hadn’t received the parcel to be able to deliver. Cancelled the order even when I was offered the goods free of charge including a full refund. I’ve spent at least a £1000 in the last twelve months online and in the Keswick store. No more. I hate bad customer service. Two chances and your out. Back to Rab.”

“Good, well made product. Nice to be able to get 33 inch leg length. Gone down a size and worked well as this product has good stretch. ( Find my usual size comes up big).”

“I've bought Rohan clothing for many years and can highly recommend the company and its products. Everything is well made and well suited to the great outdoors. I was first attracted to the brand because they show that they have a scientific approach to keeping you warm and dry and don't just try to sell you clothing based on style.”

“I had looked for a good-fitting rucksack in many places. I should have looked at Rohan first! The Gregory Jade 33 comes in the XS size which is perfect if you are small build.”

“Rohan is great. expensive, but value for money. however, I have already spoken with the help centre and they are passing the following message "up the line". "I ordered a jacket, that was on 'back order'. they collected the money, advised it would be shipped the next day, confirmed progress by email that it would be here (by coincidence) today; BUT, of course, it could not be as it was not in stock! the software system probably now thinks i am wearing it :) just a remindder to sort out the glitch cheers.”

“I ordered my stuffs to be delivered to Cambridge store.I went last Sunday and it was closed due to staffing problems. I rang on Monday to check that shop was not closed and was assured it wasn't. I am in Cambridge again today and the shop was closed again. I don't live locally so it was 2 wasted journeys. Not happy. It has a sign stating it was opened but no lights or anyone at the shop”
