“I recently bought the Eagle Creek Wayfinder cross body bag.The bag is very good,is well made and very functional.However the star of this purchase was the service I received from the Rohan shop in Southport. I was in Southport for the day and called in the shop to enquire if they had stock of this product. They did not have the product but very professionally explained that they would get one posted to my home if I placed the order.This I did and it arrived 2 days later. Absolutely delighted with the bag and the service I received .Rohan shops are usually very good but the attention to detail and general professionalism of the Southport store was exceptional.Thank you.”

“We have been wearing Rohan gear for over 20 years and they have always been good quality and fit well. They never wear out! The only reason we have ever replaced any clothing/equipment is due to fashion change or just wanting an upgrade of a similar piece of clothing”

“I recently ordered a pair of Trailblazer walking trousers and they were delivered quickly. They are a little larger than my other Rohan trousers that are the same size, but they are very comfortable to walk in.”

“The on-line shopping experience is fine, although the item I wanted to purchase (waterproof trousers) had been out of stock for months! Rohan equipment is not cheap, but I have found the quality to be excellent & you have to pay for quality. I purchased Rohan Dry Frontier trousers and got the chance to try them out in Scottish rain & I have to say they functioned very well. They are lined with a waterproof membrane which means the outer gets very wet whilst your legs stay nice and dry. They are quite heavy for trousers and in warm weather would probably be too hot, making you sweat and be wet from the inside out as they didn't feel like they 'breathed'. As a Winter garment they would probably be ideal, as they would for cold Spring or Autumn days. Sizing seems vague at best. I have a pair of Rohan trousers size 34 waist which fit fine, so ordered 34 waist in the waterproofs - so tight I couldn't button them up - returned for a 36 which fit fine. I also have size 36 ordinary Rohan walking trousers which are tighter than the 34!”

“Disappointingly the waterproof jacket I purchased for my husband had a large split in the arm and had to be returned.. This was not the quality I expect from rohan and would be reluctant to buy from rohan again.”

“My wardrobe is almost entirely Rohan and I have been wearing it for years. I have had many items over the years including Rohan bags and I still use a black cordura briefcase I got in the 90s. I like the casual clothes and the smart clothing which is performance based. When I travel I am head to toe in Rohan. Indeed, I have a Merino Union polo shirt which I have worn as the honoured guest at a Christening in Kerala, India in 2018 and the same shirt was worn almost continuously on my trek to Everest Base Camp on my Original Everest Marathon in 2019 and was an ideal base wear during the hot days and cooler evenings. I suppose one of the problems is that it lasts so long it is hard to justify new products but I always find a way and recently bought a new overshirt. I love my Rohan”
