“The excellent Rohan customer service tracked down in a store a pair of Stretch Bag Walking Shorts in my preferred colour, even though they were marked out of stock online. Unfortunately they were too small, but the returns service was very simple. I was able to obtain a suitable pair in a different colour and have found them excellent.”

“Rohan quality second to none. Sometimes I feel colour choices could be better. For example the mens micro grid fleece why not offer it in more colours. Surely black is a must. Also the real blue us a winner.”

“Most products seem well-made and of good quality. Not cheap but better value when bought in the Sales. Some of the sizing has recently gone awry. Quite a number of the clothes from way back have more features and still look good. Preferred the original version of women's Bags.”

“We like the clothes very much and also the staff of Rohan Shrewsbury... We've been Rohanistas since the late 70's. The current long-term sale/clearance is counter productive for us though...almost daily emails with clothes we didn't buy in the first place and which now come only in very small or enormous sizes. An impression of desperation on your part comes across...”

“Rohan clothing has been my mainstay from over 30 years, being usefully and sensibly designed and manufactured. The clothing has technical features that mean it offers more to the customer than regular garments. The products are generally very durable, and I still wear items bought in the 80s. That said, I feel that the sizing has become erratic in recent years, and I no longer buy the iconic Bags because of this.”

“Rohan clothes are expensive. Some are good. Some are not. I returned a coat and was given a voucher as it had been worn. The customer service girls were lovely and so so helpful. However I have tried to buy more clothes but just cant find the correct ones for me. They are sometimes quite different to how they are advertised. So I now have to send back the ones I ordered online. I now feel obligated to buy "just something" to use up my voucher. However I will take my time and get something I really like. Not sure if this review makes sense so dont put it on your website. Customer service are wonderful. Just products arent quite what they say on the tin. Sorry not to be more positive. Kate”

“I have always liked the quality and functionality of Rohan clothing but sometimes find the sizing and styling a bit hit and miss in the more casual designs for tall thin people. It has never stopped me buying and returns are easy.”
