“Excellent service from customer services. Needed details of trousers and whether they had mesh pockets (I find them really uncomfortable) The lady who took the call (I regret that I can’t recall her name) pointed out that she was under training and would transfer me to a more experienced colleague should I wish. That point dealt with, she took my contact details and called me back later. Order placed and the goods were just what I wanted. Many thanks.”

“An increasing number of companies are returning to UK manufacture for clothing. Some cycle /outdoor kit has never left : Assos / Alpkit. excellent quality without being expensive. Please consider returning your manufacturing back here or at least somewhere with ethical / sustainable policies, I cringe every time I see 'Made in China' on your labels”

“I am very pleased with your service and in the past have had many pairs of trousers from you but I don't seem to be able to find any to fit now. y all time favourites were Thai Pants in a checkered material. I have two pairs which come out every summer.”

“I have worn Rohan clothes for at least 15 years. The products work for any situation and they last. The team in Kingston are very helpful and work hard to ensure you get what you need. Added bonus, the dog comes shopping too and the team always have a treat for her.”

“I love Rohan clothes and quality. However I am finding sizing more difficult for anything to fit me well ( more than I used to - as designs have changed over the years). I am a 5 ft 7 inch height woman in my 50's size 8 clothing. Whilst the tops are usually fine, trousers/shorts/dresses simply don't fit ( either come up too short in the gusset or are not long enough) - I think the size 8 is modelled on a much shorter woman ( and is very 'wide' in waist size - so I have had to send back the last 2 items) Really wanting your clothes to fit me!!”

“Recently I have been disappointed with Rohan items especially the trousers. Every pair of stretch bags ( I have 3 pairs)I have purchased have required re stitching in the seat area. I am satisfied I have purchased the correct size. I am afraid I have now purchased from Revolution Race and Mountain Equipment instead.”

“Quality is the byword for Rohan. I love the practicality of the fabrics, travel linen, no crease, easy dry and so on. The shop in Woodbridge (and telephone service with Rohan) has excellent customer service with a joke always thrown in for good measure. I hope that the Thai style dresses come back as well. Love them and that fabric. As someone who wants hassle free but stylish clothing for home, be it in our outdoors, and holidays, well done Rohan.”
