“I love the clothes, the trousers are always a good fit and length, wash and wear very well. I am disappointed with the sizing of tops. I like a loose fit and the xlarge is just a bit too snug. I do hope you will consider larger sizes for women ie 18, 20,22,24 etc not large x large. There are plenty of women much bigger than me who would like the outdoor clothes. Many thanks”

“Been a fan of Rohan gear for at least 35 years; I still have some items from the 1980s! Good quality and a good fit for my shape. Sizing has not always been consistent - I've occasionally had to buy extra large, when I'm really just a large, in order to get a long enough sleeve length. Prices a little on the high side (so I usually wait for the sales) but perhaps not unreasonable for the quality and (usual) predictablility of the fit.”

“Disappointed not to have received confirmation of my order and dispatch. Quality of item was not as good as previous similar item so I returned item. Am waiting on refund for item(s). There needs to be better promotion as to where Rohan is on sale in Northern Ireland, disappointing that store was closed in city centre in Belfast”

“The clothes are well made and long lasting. That’s why I buy them.I want to buy what I bought last time - because I know it works for me. I do not want to have to try and work out which of the seven different trousers, all with new names, are nearest to what I want to buy. I cannot decipher your descriptions. You could make it easier for your customers. If you did not keep changing the styles so often you would not need to have a sale so frequently. Why not trust the clothes you make to sell themselves.”

“I bought these trousers for hill walking, they are light and easily packable. The size is excellent. I would have given 5* but for the pocket on the right leg which is useless (IMHO) The zip is vertical things especially mobile phones tend to fall out and it is too low on the leg. It needs a horizontal top zip and the pocket should be positioned on the side of the thigh not at the front.”

“As a regular customer I am usually delighted with your products. I recently bought a freelance oxford shirt which was advertised in your sale catalogue with a full page picture of a blue shirt with buttoned collar. When it arrived the shirt did not have a buttoned collar and I did not want it. I returned it exchanging it for another item. The local Rohan shop in Perth were helpful and commented that the buttoned shirt was last for sale in 2018 and that the picture in the catalogue was in error. This is just to inform you of this slight mistake in your marketing material.”

“I had to return the trousers unfortuantely. They are a great product, but the cut is much tighter than other trousers that I have had previously - best suited to a young athletic build (not me). I assumed the 'fit' would be much the same across all 36R designs.”

“Excellent quality and descriptions of goods precisely match the product. I have rated Rohan 4/5 because I wish they did more products, specifically trousers, in petite sizing. As someone 5’2” I find length of products an issue. A recent purchase of leggings is a classic example, have to roll the cuff up to fit. But the product quality and range outweighs minor length issues! Love Rohan!”
