“I appreciated an 0800 number to ask a query and although your representative didn’t know the answer I received a later call to confirm-so excellent service.”

“Some really good products. Such as Microgrid zip fleece and Troggings. However there seem to be lots of sales which devalue the full price of goods. It’s great up pick up a bargain but galling to buy an item at full price to see it discounted the following week. As overall prices have generally risen this is more noticeable.”

“Very happy with the items bought. However I would give 0 out of 5 for the delivery service (Amazon). They ignored my request to leave the parcel with a neighbour and just abandoned the parcel at the front door without even checking whether we were in or not. Fairly standard practice for Amazon in my experience, so disappointing that they are being used as couriers by other companies.”

“Products are of good quality and last well . One positive aspect is the ease of washing . Normally dry quickly without the need to iron . The materials used are innovative , for instance the microgrid tops are warm yet light to wear”

“Good quality clothing which lasts. Recently purchased tapered jeans now that zip fly has returned. Little disappointed that security pocket inside normal pocket and velcro closers on rear pockets no longer provided.”

“Outdated and out of touch methodology in order to allow customers to purchase e-gift cards as a gift to others. Their system lacks the ability to send an e-gift card to the intended recipient, only to yourself. Also, the e-gift is sent to you immediately after you pay. Most modern businesses trading online and shop front have a system where one person can buy an e-gift card and have it transmitted to the intended recipient on the date (and sometimes time) of their choosing.”

“Quality products and efficient delivery. I'm around 5'4", and I often find Rohan tops and jackets are too long for me. Also, if I buy a size to fit comfortably around my hips, it's often too big and baggy around the chest and shoulders. The smaller size is often a better fit around the chest and shoulders, but tight around the hips. Would it be possible to consider introducing a more curved design for women, and/or a two-way zipper? Thanks.”
