“Oboz Katabatic Low B Dry: advertised as waterproof. My shoes were categorically not waterproof. I had a wet sock after a short walk through damp grass. This was the first time these shoes had been outdoors. Staggering failure for a £150 product.”

“Product quality is excellent, comfortable, durable, attractively designed. I wore base layers, underwear, socks and shorts on the Camino Santiago in Northern Spain. My Rohan gear was exceptional and a real pleasure to use and wear. The shorts and underwear dried overnight which was an added bonus. In-store advice was excellent. Staff are courteous with good product knowledge. The website is easy to navigate so all in all Rohan products and staff are excellent.”

“I find Rohan clothing to be of good quality and value. It suits my lifestyle of retirement and smart casual wear. It was better when we had the local shop at Truro or Roche to be able to browse and try clothes on, but the website and ordering service are very good. Putting substance over marketing, I would urge Rohan to maintain lines like the early Trailblazer summer trekking style trousers and Fusions, which always (rightly) seemed to get brilliant reviews - though of course, I don't see your sales figures.”

“Ordered goods online. Wrong size, for me, returned item to local shop, Ian, who took care of the return, and reordered the correct size for me, made the who experience hassle free. I wish other retailers had the same attitude and approach to customer services as Rohan…”

“I bought a dress which I hoped might fit the 'stuff it in a suitcase and pull it out ready to wear' criteria and this one seems to tick all the boxes! I bought it online and collected it from my local Rohan shop. I was emailed at the despatch time and phoned by the store to say it was in. All exactly to expectations. Couldn't ask for better service and the dress is lovely. True to size and exactly as described. I wish they did it in other colours.”
