“I have recently purchased a pair of your Winter Stretch Bags. I had to buy a waist size two up from my usual size. However they are splendid, the warmest trousers I have ever worn. Last week when the temperature was freezing or close to it my legs were very warm. They are so good I have purchased a second pair. I paid for enhanced postage & they arrived within 2 days.”

“We own many Rohan items and have generally been satisfied. However our new Insect Shield trousers, purchased from our local store, didn’t adequately protect us from insects/mosquitos- got bitten after just a couple of hours out wearing them. Very disappointing as product quality is usually so good. No offer of exchange or refund from Rohan customer services, just the comment that they were sorry to hear we were disappointed.”

“Ordered on-line and delivered to Kingston upon Thames shop. The oboz boots Bridger Mid were a little tight over the bunyons, but no problem, they were exchanged for the wide version same size. Perfect fit. Great service.”

“I never heard of Rohan until the walking magazine reviewed them, so I thought I would try them. Brilliant, light weight and very comfortable, once I got my size and length right, I order Women's Winter Roamers Trousers”

“My go to store for high quality outdoor coats the Kendal and water proof jackets and trousers tops and all. Staff so helpful and all fit beautifully even though I am only small in height. Travel with my pieces is a dawdle as so easy care. Highly recommended to family and friends who r hooked too.”

“Rohan shop in Newcastle are always friendly, polite and helpful and on this occasion excelled themselves. Sharon was off to collect my parcel as soon as she saw us walk into the shop. One of the items in my parcel I had been trying to get in a different colour without success, I mentioned this and within a few minutes Pat had tracked the item down and I received the garment at my home in less than 24 hours. The item had been for a present and she liked the item so much she wanted both. Rohan now has a new convert.”
