“The product is very good as per usual but unfortunately a member of staff at your Oxford office is not. I was not notified of the product arriving at the shop and when I dared to inquire the lady was rude. This is not the first time .”

“As ever a great garment and excellent service - and I'm sure it will be still great in 10 years time. But I do wish Rohan (and most clothes manufacturers) would think about left-handed people and especially those with pacemakers when locating a 'phone pocket.”

“Just bought my 3rd pair of Rohan bag shorts. They are smart and very practical. As with all Rohan gear they travel well and they are easy to look after. Unfortunately, my 3 children (all just over 30) perceive Rohan as ‘an old persons shop with old styles”. Nothing will convince them to even look at a Rohan catalogue or website - even thought they are all active, outdoor adults. The Rohan marketing staff need to look at their target market and enlist some new fans.”

“Really bad fit for me (though I do have difficulty with finding an appropriate sandal strap fitting) so had to return them. As I didn’t actually experience wearing them, I can’t really comment on how they might perform.”

“Over many years I have happily purchased many outdoor items from yourselves. This Pioneer sale shirt is very smart and lightweight. I tried this on in shop (click & collect) and found I could not undo buttons easily. I ended up pulling my new shirt on over my head, rather than fully opened. I did struggle to button up! When mentioning this to the Manager she indicated that the button holes had been reduced since earlier customers said button holes too large and buttons 'popped' out. She suggested stretching holes by inserting Bic biro with top on- seemed to do the trick in the shop. First time on at home found I need my wife to assist with button above wrist /lower arm - one hand operation, I could not manage. Suggest your manufacturer still requires to get your specifications more accurately. This shirt has not yet been washed but do not see this as the answer. It's all about getting value for money.”

“My husband caught his sleeve on a bramble, leaving an L shaped split. We thought that his treasured jacket would end up in landfill - that was until he noticed that Rohan had a repair service. The customer service department responded to a phone call very quickly and was extremely helpful in arranging a repair, and the jacket came back as good as new….all for a tenner! Outstanding service!”

“An extremely rude shop assistant in the Cambridge store became aggressive and defensive when I pointed out that the red label on an item which claimed 25% discount was false, since the discounted price was only 12% off the original price. This is false advertising. She proceeded to raise her voice and snatched the item away. The store looks messy. This is not great service at all and certainly not expected. In a climate of austerity, Rohan should be less complacent, as well as get their false price claims removed.”
