The boots were awful, I normally take size 8 so I bought 8.5 wide so I could wear thicker socks. They were tight and very stiff, terrible quality. I spoke to your Customer Services about you taking the £10 gift card off the boots refund price even though there were two other items which I kept. I was told that it was a voucher and not a Gift Card as it is stated on the card!
