“Find Rohan emails interesting and informative on various topics in addition to sales items. Website easy to navigate. Some of the outdoor clothing is expensive compared like for like with competitors particularly waterproofs. How about developing a junior range? Us older Rohan customers purchase for grandchildren and increasingly include children in a range of outdoor activities.”

“Good fast service. Tried the Bergen coat in rain and the waterproof qualities appear excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the Bergen waterproof making it ideal for the winter months with base layers.”

“Easy to shop at Rohan although some confusing offers on some items when seeking out sale prices. Generally the ordering process was straightforward. My goods were delivered to our local branch in Chester, where the service by staff was exemplary.”

“Like many others, we have purchased Rohan clothing for many years and have never been disappointed. However, the latest range of waterproof coats did disappoint; everything was perfect until we pulled up the hood; at that point the seam where the hood meets the body of the coat was strained and the hood was then pulling down on the top of the head. This was such a shame and prevented us from buying. Please don't skimp on the hood and check the design so that when the hood is used it doesn't distort how the body of the coat sits on the shoulders.”

“Rohan’s men’s range of styles and fabrics frequently change causing size discrepancies from one season to another. For instance, at 5’ 6” tall with a slim build I am a stock Medium size, but with Rohan I often have to take pot-luck between Medium or Small. I have found with some garments that while Medium is too large (generally too long in tops) Small can be too tight fitting. Frustrating, but I love the unfussy style presented by Rohan.”

“Hi, I've been a regular buyer of Rohan products for years but in keeping with the current focus on the environment I am looking carefully at my own environmental choices. I understand that making sustainable choices with clothing includes considerations such as how long an article of clothing is worn for and recycling etc. - areas where Rohan scores well. However, the Rohan website is silent/vague on a whole host of relevant areas such as sourcing of fabrics, use of energy and hazardous chemical use, environmental impacts of rayonisation etc. I have therefore switched my buying decisions to other brands such as Patagonia and BAM who are far more open about those areas. I would strongly encourage Rohan to focus on this area - if you are managing your business sustainably then you should be sharing hard data with your Customers - otherwise you will continue to lose customers like me.”

“Item purchased was a perfect fit. It arrived a couple of days after ordering so very quick delivery. I like Rohan for holiday clothing as easy to wash and needs no ironing. Takes up very little room when packing, comes out of case uncrumpled. Have been purchasing Rohan for several years and would recommend to anyone. Like all the hidden pockets although ladies blouses etc could do with more just like the mens. We do not all carry handbags.”

“Ordered on line. Had to phone up as would not accept an order on a uk bank card and delivered to a uk address because we lived in France. That needs sorting! Delivered with no delay and item was perfect for my husband’s birthday present.”
