“I purchase Rohan products on the understanding that they will perform as described. However, although I recognise the practicality of the products there is a problem for me in longevity or sustainability. During bad weather I wear the garments, jackets and trousers daily and cover about 8 miles a day with the dogs. I once made a suggestion about reinforcing the gusset area as it wears quickly but so far no change.”

“Good range of outdoor and adventure clothing, footware and accessories which generally live up to the billing and from my experience last for years. Orders are swiftly achknowledged by email, and generally arrive the day after an email confirming despatch. Telephone services are very user friendly and informative. Recently my wife and I had no idea how glove sizes were measured, the sizing made no sense, and the website was unhelpful. Customer services emailed me a helpful diagram and the gloves fit perfectly, though it seems a wierd way of measuring hand size to me! My only reason for less than 5 stars is that "short" trousers that are meant to be 29in inside leg have always been 1 to 2 inches too long in recent years, whereas M&S and Craghoppers fit perfectly.”

“Amazing service from the Team in Canterbury. I was so impressed. I had telephoned the store to see if a jacket I had ordered online, which unfortunately didn't fit, was available in a different size, and they had sold out. A little while later I was contacted by phone by Heather/Jackie (?) they had tracked one down in Inverness and did I want them to order it in to the store for me. The jacket was in Canterbury for me the following week. Brilliant service and the jacket is just what I needed. Thank you”

“I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases from Rohan. Excellent, durable and well fitted clothing that keeps it shape and colour. I am however peeved that they seem at this present time unable to deliver items to Spain, especially when other retail websites continue successfully to provide this service.”

“I have used Rohan gear since the 1970s and find it to be very comfortable and very long lasting. All my equipment is for Mountaineering and hill walking. I am still using a few items purchased in the 1980s - shirts, and Goa trousers.”
