“I find their range of apparel extensive and over the years have spent a fortune acquiring lots of coats, jackets, shirts, trousers, socks, shorts and underwear. The good/bad thing about Rohan is that their clothes do not wear out so I have 'stuff' going back 20 years which is still as good as new. My wife is also a fan and has recently bought some new gear for our upcoming 2026 holidays.”

“I do like Rohan products but tend nowadays just to buy things when there is a sale on the website. My husband was a big fan and introduced me to the brand. Items generally are good quality and more recent years brighter colours have been introduced.”

“Not the cheapest by a long way, but; Excellent quality and fit. I still have items from 20 years ago that still look fresh. Always my go to for online purchases as it is such an easy process and returns (rarely needed) are made easy.”

“I recently sent a Rohan jacket to be cleaned and having not received it back after a month or so, I contacted the customer service team. It transpired that the delivery company had left this in a bin without telling us, and that bin was then emptied! The customer centric service that I received was second to none and the jacket was replaced with no quibbles. For me, this is the mark of a quality company that recognises the value of living up to their premium brand and as a result my return custom is assured.”

“Product is very good but delivery extremely poor. I knew I would be out so left instructions with DPD, who to really ignored them and left the package on my front door step!”

“Store didn't have my size so ordered for delivery at home. Two weeks later I followed up and was told I hadn't paid. I proved I had. I was given various pieces of contradictory information over the following weeks when I had to continue to follow-up. It took 27 days from order and paying until delivery with a lot of input from me.”

“I have returned my purchase - didn't fit . Disappointed with the colour and general finish. ( Trim at neck / shoulder not flat. ) Arrived over - creased - they didn't fall out when garment hung up. Garments bought previously in store very much better.”
