“I have been looking for a house for just short of a year with no luck, as a first time buyer this had gotten disheartening. I put a bid on a property with Sandra Million and unfortunately was rejected. Sandra, however, continued to reach out to me and let me know of similar properties resulting in me having my offer accepted on my dream home! I can not thank Sandra enough for all her support, enthusiasm and charisma throughout this process. I look forward to the next stage of my buying journey.”

“An extremely professional service from start to finish. Lauren, Megan and Holly from the Arnold office were always available to answer any queries however small. Very impressed with the service during the sale of my mother’s property. Also sold very quickly and Lauren’s valuation was spot on. I would not hesitate in recommending Robert Ellis estate agents to family and friends. A great choice. Definitely a 5 star service.”

“Fantastic service from all Robert Ellis team with my house sale! Kelley took the photos and Emma valued it. Then Leah, Freya booked in viewings and Caroline and Louise worked together to get it to moving day! Other team were Holley and Joley. Thank you all, highly recommend to everyone!”

“The staff at The long Eaton branch have been really friendly and efficient. Always polite on the phone, Harry and Freya arranged my viewings and both were very approachable and helpful. Leah met me at the property and was prompt and then sales progression was dealt with by Joely, Holly and Caroline. The whole process was positive experience and I highly recommend Robert Ellis.”

“I used the Robert Ellis Stapleford branch for a house purchase and they were excellent. Lorraine from this branch has been very helpful with my house purchase. She answered my questions about boiler condition, and any warranties and guarantees on windows, conservatory etc. She also made sure I was kept up to date with any issues like the mortgage interest rate hike and house surveys. Overall I am very happy, she deserves a pay rise.”
