“Sandie Collier is great, this is the second time Sandie has booked our holiday. Nothing is a problem, never in a hurry and explains everything. If unable to give an accurate answer will check with the holiday company and get back to you quickly. A pleasure to do business with.”

“I used this site as the Emerald website wasn't working. I was very surprised and pleased at how helpful our own concierge (Hayley) was, couldn't be more helpful. Holiday pricing was comparable with Emerald website. I like the way they take ownership of ensuring every passenger has a good holiday experience.”

“The lady who dealt with us, Hannah, was extremely helpful, and pleasant. She researched options, discussed suggestions and left herself open for contact in case of problems arisingwith which she might be able to help. A very nice person.”

“I found my cruise concierge extremely helpful and knowledgeable but most importantly not 'pushy' or anxious to hustle me into a premature decision. I hope the river cruise in Burgandy and Provence at the end of August will live up to expections”

“As a first-time river cruiser, I rang inquiring about one particular holiday which I had seen advertised in The Times. My travel concierge, Richard Wishaw, was most helpful steering me to another which in the event was a much better choice for us. First class!”

“I was impressed by the polite and expeditious way my initial telephone call was handled. After being assigned a Concierge, Joe Morrison, he explained everything I asked of him without hesitation and gave me his contact number should I wish to get back in touch; I think this is an outstanding modus operandi because I do not have to explain over again my requirements. All in all, I was very impressed with the way my initial enquiries and eventual booking have been handled and I would certainly recommend your Company to anyone.”

“We came to River cruises in a crisis, in that another company had lost our confidence after double booking us and the only alternative offered was a small cabin with a pull down bed that would leave me in a permanent stoop. (I am 6ft 6inches tall). Erin reassured us, went through our availability and requirements and made a selection of offers that were all attractive. Once we agreed a tour she ran us through the information she needed, provided our exact requirements in a single package and all the time reassured us with her confident manner and knowlege of both the company that had let us down and the offer she had for us with regard to itinery and getting there. I did not at any time feel that I was being pressured or subject to a sales pitch. Just a nice lady sorting out my problem. Excellent. Thanx.”

“I am unsure if you are the company I booked with, the ladies name is Maura. She is incredible. Professional, and nothing is too much trouble. She actually seems to care, and goes the extra mile. Just hoping the holiday is as good as the agent who sold it.”
