“We have been extremely impressed with the River Voyages staff, always so friendly and helpful. This week I have booked another cruise through you for 2022 . This was done by Erin from Belfast who booked it for us even though it was her day off. I must mention also Katy, Stephie, and Emma who have dealt with us previously. This will be our third river cruise with Emerald Waterways and each time the staff have been super, particularly in rearranging what would have been this years cruise ,had Covid 19 not intervened.”

“I contacted River Cruises Concierge in relation to the transfer from one cruise to another because of the political situation in the country that we originally planned to visit. The prompt attention I received was amazing and within two days my transfer was effected. Superb service, the like of which I have not experienced before.well done Concierge Team especially Andrew Whittle.”

“We are very happy with the service provided by Emma Gray, probably the best sales advisor we have had in all the time we have been using your company. However I am disappointed that your compnay is refusing to provide the Fortnam and Mason hamper offered by your MD if we book a cruise before the end of November. Instead of looking forward to our cruise we feel cheated and think this must be mistake. Best Regards Stewart Emslie”
