“Having had our river cruise cancelled for the second time, our options were set out clearly and our choice executed immediately. Our concierge, Andrew, was very helpful.”

“I have been really pleased with the service provided, particularly with my various requests relating to our pretravel arrangments to Porto which have been arranged for us swiftly. I intend to take another Emerald River Cruise in the future and will certainly discuss this with River Voyages in due course.”

“Haven't actually travelled with River Voyages just yet due to the Covid situation, but the booking through RV with Helen is all good. Just booked our cruise for a third time, so hopefully third time lucky. Would certainly recommend.”
