“Mark, the agent, was extremely helpful and gave us all the infoormation we needed to be able to make a decision. He even picked up a chat with me when I was looking to see if there were still spaces available for our friends. Excellent service.”

“Please forward this email to your management team regarding the service my wife and I have receive from Erin at River Voyages / Six Star Cruises. We have booked cruises 3 cruises through her 1 in July 2018, 1 in September 2019 and 1 in September 2020 and each time here service has been as we said in our email she is simply AMAZING. She is a credit to your company.”

“My call to River Voyages today was dealt with by Keeley. I called to pay for my holiday in October. Keeley went through all my booking details to make sure flights and passport information were correct. Keeley also explained when the tickets would be sent out and confirmed that the door to door service would be in touch a few days before we leave. Although I have all my details online I was reassured that when Keeley checked them everything was in order. Very friendly and professional as was my previous bookings with River Voyages (Sue). Thank you.”

“From our Pick up at our home to the ship and the whole experience was amazing. The welcome on board and our departure made the whole experience one we want to have again. The food was awesome, food to suit everyone’s taste, the choices were outstanding, the presentation of the food picturesque. This was an outstanding experience for us both of us.”
