“My order was delivered correctly and promptly, as I have come to expect from you. It was also good to hear that I may amend my regular letterbox order to change the timing ( I often finish my lucky dip in three weeks and have to wait. Always easy and friendly to do business with you. Best Nick”

“Service was excellent as usual. The one thing I hesitated to buy was the ECM shot mirror. It's been the surprise of my purchase. Even when not using a naked portafilter I like having the mirror as it makes cleaning the shower screen easier. It's a beautifully designed and manufactured item. If you're thinking about getting the mirror, I'd say go for it.”
