“Ever since buying a small pack of Ceylon tea from the Pettiagalla estate last year, I've loved this tea. I don't drink it all the time, it's too delicate to be a breakfast tea, but I do drink it quite often. and I don't want to be spending ten quid on a tiny packet. That's where Rinaldo's scores - they sell big 500g packs at a reasonable price.”

“Fast service and communications. Coffee (Casa) is nice however I would like a little bit more of a stronger flavour to cut through the latte milk. Will definitely try something else”

Hi Roy, so glad you liked the coffee. If you want to try something slightly stronger, give the Colombia a whirl. We generally only medium roast here at Rinaldos but the Colombian is a little more punchy for a latte.

“I have a monthly subscription. The coffee is always very good quality and I enjoy the different varieties each month. This would have been a five star review but I got same coffee beans two months in a row.”

“A pleasure to use, with a nice hand written note when I opened the box, was a nice touch! Tried coffee from Peru which after a few trial and errors on my part to get the grind size right. Makes for a delicious latte. I will be buying from here again as found a new favourite”

“The order arrived in super quick time. Packaging was eco friendly. The coffee itself, was a little off putting when I smelt the contents, I wasn’t too enamoured with the taste either, however the next day the taste seemed to have improved somewhat and I will of course now enjoy the rest of the bag..”

Hi Kate: try using 7.5g per 100g (or ml - same thing) of hot water. You'll need to steep your cafetiere for 4 .5 minutes before plunging otherwise it will be too weak. We did a video of it on our Rinstagram but will be doing a best practice cafetiere brewing video on our You Tube too soon.
