"I purchased an ECM Technika Profi V from Rinaldo's, along with a VST basket and bottomless portafilter.\r\nCommunication - primarily with Jayne - was superb before, during and after delivery.\r\nThere was a tiny issue with some sticky residue on the joysticks that I noticed when unpacking the machine. I emailed Jayne late at night - expecting a response the next day - but she replied within minutes.\r\nLovely to be able to write so positively in this day and age when good customer service is a rarity. Worth mentioning, too, that the included 1 kg of their own specialty coffee is also excellent.\r\nIt's a fantastic machine - and the coffee it makes is delicious - though it's good to know that, should anything go wrong in the future, Rinaldo's will be there to help.\r\n"
