“Large order, well packed, quick delivery.
As they are Christmas gifts for neighbours (9) I was disappointed not to be able to choose a date nearer to the big day, the only solution given by Customer Service was 'If ordered later in Dec you risk there been a sellout' Perhaps the website could take payment as normal when ordered but have a preferred shipped day with details of who will deliver For example, Royal Mail, DFS etc
This is something I will consider in future and look for the sites who offer this option.”
Hi E,
Thank you for the lovely review! Weāre glad the order was well packed and the delivery quick. We appreciate your feedback about choosing a delivery date in December and will pass your suggestion on.
If thereās anything else we can help with, just let us know. š

They are the best green tea bags around and a great price also the gold tea bags and coffee bags and the biscuits are lovely especially the Tiffin and the chocolate rewards are very moorish Ringtons is the only tea I ever buy and recommend to everone.. And the customer service is brilliant from the the doorstep delivery driver Jake always lets me know what's new.. and makes sure to ask if I'm alright and if I have everything I need from ringtone .
