“Our order for several different teas and a few biscuits were up to their usual excellent standards. However the new packaging for Northumbrian Gold loose leaf tea has lost its content and other useful information - not a good marketing decision. Let’s hope information isn’t lost on the other tea packaging. Why change for the sake of it at the expense of information?!?!”
