“It was nice to send a gift of goodies to a friend who had recently lossed a loved one. The parcel arrived well wrapped and protected. The delivery was quicker than expected. I forgot to let my friend know of the expected gift arriving and she couldn't work out who it was from. It would be a nice touch if there was a greetings card enclosed to say who it was from.”
