“Thoroughly enjoyed the caramelised biscuit bites and the cake shop chocolates but unfortunately was disappointed with the decaf earl grey teabags. I was expecting a light refreshing tea with the taste of bergamot (which I always get with twinings tea) but instead it tasted like a regular strong black tea and I couldn’t taste bergamot at all.”
Hi Alison,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the caramelised biscuit bites and the cake shop chocolates. We’re sorry the decaf Earl Grey didn’t meet your expectations this time. Noting the bergamot flavour can vary, we’ll pass your comment to our tea team for consideration.
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons

“The box and contents were fine and good value. The only issue was the delivery! I ordered this as a ‘letter box’ item assuming it would be delivered as such. It was actually left outside between two bins and in the blaring sun! Not much good for the cakes within!”
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the box and its contents and felt it was good value. However, we’re really sorry to hear about the way your order was delivered. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find it left outside, especially given the contents.
Please rest assured that we will pass your comments on to our online department so they can review this and help prevent similar issues in future.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and for taking the time to let us know about your experience.
