I can see that you have contacted our Customer Care department on several occasions via email, all of which have been responded to. We are more than happy to progress this further, to enable us to do that, if you can respond to the emails which have been sent to you please. “Grown up drinking your tea for 50yrs. Mum used to get doorstep delivery every fortnight. Since passing away . I put a on line delivery. Speedy . Only thing I do suggest large box ,inside the box was my biscuits and the teabags were in another box . Hence me getting in touch to say teacakes were flat as a pancake . You did refund me for them .”

“All Ringtons products are great - especially the one cup teabags - ginger biscuits like they were when I was a kid (Wright's Ginger biscuits I think in the 50's & 60's). Great to support a long established Newcastle business that seems to have and maintain all the values in keeping happy customers as it was 'back in the day'.
