After checking the tracking on your order, Royal Mail have stated that the item was delivered on the 17th December. They have also stated that they left a calling card explaining where the parcel was left. Please could you contact our our Customer Care Team on 0800 052 2440 so we can investigate this further.

“i have been getting ringtons tea and varios other items for 12 years now. it was onlyat christmas after my grandson got me some flavoured tea that i relised you did varios flavoured tea. i have now put in an order with my regular ringtons man on a regular basis plus a new biscuit tin as i have had my ringtons biscuit tin fofr 12 years now and its looking a bit past its best.”

“Absolutely quality stuff from Ringtons.
The biscuits are amazing ❤️ including the stunning shortbread.
The chocolate gift box contained an assortment of delicious biscuits and the hot chocolate was wonderful.
