“Products are excellent. However when I placed the order it didn’t pick up my full address. When I rang up the customer service lady was abrupt. Thankfully we got it sorted but please remember if you answer the phone you are the voice of the company not a doctors receptionist!”

We’re sorry to hear that the gift message was incorrect. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially since the recipient didn't know who the gift was from That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
We’ve passed this on to our fulfilment centre so they can investigate what went wrong and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

“I had previously ordered from Ringtons (twice) and have been very happy with the products sent. However my recent order was not packed well and a few of the boxes/packs arrived looking very shabby - far from ideal as they are to be gifts. I contacted Ringtons about this and they have not even bothered to reply, hence the one star review.”
