“shower unit decided to burst its pipes late afternoon, was unable to turn off the stopcock so called ritio to send out engineer. Was here within a couple of hours. He was unable to turn stopcock off so had to go to the mains. He was now able to drain the water and cap shower feed. Returned next day with new shower and stopcock and fixed everything in a couple of hours. Excellent efficiency. Cleaned up quickly. Brilliant service. Thank you.”
