“You were fairly easy to contact but messages left were not added to any log and so I did not receive call back as promised and a change of contact number was not passed on. This was frustrating and meant the service received was not as good as it could have been. There was a delay in the engineer coming out due to traffic but this was communicated well. However, we had been told the engineer would come to us as first job. There seem to have been breakdowns in communication. The engineer however arrived promptly and was very efficient and explained the issue clearly and his part in delivering the service was good.”
