“Alan was very professional and he explained everything clearly and in layman’s terms as I have no idea about the heating system! He was very efficient and cleaned up after he was done I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!”

“This is the first time I have ever needed a plumber to fix my WC and I was very satisfied with the overall service provided. The company was quick to respond to my initial call, and Omar the engineer texted me to say when he would be with me. I wasn't waiting long, inside 2 hours. I found Omar very polite and professional. “I called your company after being let down by British Gas who could not come out for 5 days. I rang your company and they came out within a couple of hours and got the boiler working again. “Phil was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and installed a new shower in no time. He was cheerful and explained as much as I wanted to know, in an easy and understandable way. “Needed help with a leak from the cylinder tank. Very efficient service from start to finish, phone operator Kate was very helpful and understanding, arranged for a plumber to come within a few hours. Engineer Matt came, covid safe, polite and courteous, did a great job, gave explanations and breakdown of costs. Would highly recommend - thank you!”
