“This was the first time using your services, however I found that the service received was first class. From the initial phone call to the technician arriving on site quicker than expected and the ability of the technician to quickly identify the fault and proved the appropriate fix to get us back up and running was exceptional. Ididfeel the price was a little excessive but after all it is Easter Monday so only to be expected. I won’t estimate to use your service if required I the future.”

“Great service. After being let down by another company Rightio stepped up and solved the issue. They were even £100 cheaper than the first company. Engineer was great too. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do they'll be the first company I phone.”

“Excellent communications from start to finish, The person on the first telephone enquiry who answered all my questions and offered advice. Further texts received on the Engineers arrival time. The engineer, Phil was cheerful and also had the correct spares with him, completing the job quickly.”

“Excellent service and easy to contact with out all the usual messing about waiting for a slot in the telephone system. Very pleasant staff who took the trouble to explain the way the company worked. The Service Engineer arrived on time had the correct spares with him and carried out the repair quickly. The people I spoke to from the company were cheerful and gave the right impressions.”
