“You engineer, Mr N Davey-Lee, was excellent. He was very friendly, clearly knew exactly what he was doing and, went to the trouble of teaching me thing or two about heating systems. When it's time to have my boiler serviced again, in a year from now, I will ask you, RIGHTIO, to come and do it........even request that Mr. N Davey-Lee himself come and do it.”

“A great experience - Start to Finnish I couldn't be happier with the service from Rightio. My boiler had broken and after being messed around by two other companies i went to Rightio. They came out and did the first assessment. The other company said i needed two parts but Muhammad assured me only one was required. He came around the next day and changed the pump and just like that ... fixed. With Muhammad's assessment he saved me around £200! Great experience from start to finish and i am now on a cover plan with them!”

“Martyn attended my job after 3 other engineers had been to visit my fault. With all due respect previous engineers hadent have me the initial confidence that Martyn had. After a quick initial diagnosis Martyn ordered the bits required to fix and returned next day. He explained clearly what he was going to do and sought about his repair in a very professional manor I felt at ease throughout. The hot water has never been as good as since he left. Strongly advise rightio they clearly employ professional staff. Had cheaper quotes these are worth the additional.”
