“Adam was very clear and communicated what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Also, advised me on mitigation and maintenance steps for our boiler. Very efficient and good service.”

“Locksmith Raymond Muir arrived promptly and got on with the job he was chatty and talked me through the job putting me at ease. He had the replacement lock in his van and had it fitted quickly,after testing inside and outside the job was done. More than happy with Rightio and will recommend them to family and friends. “I Rang late on a Friday afternoon & was told an engineer was available to come out to my property in an emergency as I had burst pipe & when the engineer arrived he was very knowledgeable & put my mind at rest over the emergency & put in a new pipe.he even carried out work in dark of early the Evening Im a lady living on my own & I Felt safe while he was carrying out the work.”

“Hamid arrived within an hour of the initial phone call (even though it wasn’t an emergency call) and fixed the problem with our boiler system within 20 minutes, being courteous and polite at all times. Would highly recommend.”

“The lads that arrived to fix my boiler problem were very polite and friendly. They arrived on time and started the job straight away. I was lucky that 2 engineers arrived because as one stripped down the faulty part the other went to obtain a replacement part. They were very quick and the job was finished within the hour. Thank you Lads.”

“We called in the morning and Graeme was here a few hours later. And he did an amazing and thorough job which was no doubt more than was expected when he arrived. But he kept at it, checking everything was working properly and cleaning up afterwards. We could not have asked for better service.”

“After being let down by another company, Rightio was like a breath of fresh air. From my call to your office and speaking to your advisor I knew I was going to get the help I needed. My grandaughter tried the wrong key in my front door and the key broke in the lock. Your locksmith arrived within the agreed time, I was kept up to date by your advisor over the phone. Locksmith had to replace the barrel, which he did quickly and efficiently. Any other issues I have with locks, I certainly know who I'll call RIGHTIO. I would also recommend this company to family & friends. Cost was reasonable for an emergency night call out over the holiday season”

“Listened & answered questions, very polite, clean & tidy in his appearance plus tidy with tools etc. Was a bit later than expected by 15 minutes, but at this time of year (27th December) it was exceptable. I feel I can have my boiler serviced again by this company when my service is due next year. Thankyou.”
